We became the runner-up at The Official British Open Professional Salsa Championship 2011
The Official British Open Professional Salsa Championship 2011 was held on the 2nd of April 2011 in Bolton UK. Competing in the professional category we were truly amazed by the variety of salsa dance styles presented at the Competition and we were absolutely delighted to finish in 2nd place!!! We were also very proud of our students Omar and Olga who competed together for the first time and finished in amazing 2nd place in Amateur Salsa division!!!

“Message from Organizator Uncel Phil after Championship” : Uncle Phil would like to say a massive thank you to all the competitors, spectators, vendors, My Home Town, and of course Helen Walker and the crew team who all delivered an amazing performance at the British Salsa Championships this year.We’ve been overwhelmed with the amount of messages and calls following the event and we’re so proud to hear from you all again that each year it keeps on getting bigger and better! We couldn’t do it without a lot of help and some remarkable talent.Everyone involved is contributing to raising the profile of competitive salsa in Britain and showcasing some of the outstanding talent we have in salsa community.
